JCLS At Home Services (AHS) is a free program that delivers library materials to patrons who cannot come to the library due to age, illness, or disability.

To apply for At Home Services you may fill out an online application and submit it via email to the At Home Services Department (athomeservices@jcls.org) or mail it to At Home Services, 205 S. Central Ave, Medford, 97501. You may also contact us by phone or email to request an application be sent to you in the mail. Once we receive and process your application, you will begin receiving monthly deliveries by mail or volunteer drop-off at your home.

Library materials are returned through the mail or picked up by a volunteer at no cost to you each month.
