Friends of the Library

Members of Jackson County Friends of the Library organizations are people like you who believe in and support our libraries by providing partnership and support right in their own community. Our Jackson County Libraries are fortunate to have many active Friends groups that are as unique as the communities they serve!!

Jackson County Library

Foundation

Jackson County Library Foundation is an independent, nonprofit organization and the philanthropic partner of Jackson County libraries. They secure and responsibly manage contributions from individuals, businesses, and foundations to help build community support for the Jackson County Library System in its efforts to learn, grow, and connect with the entire community.

Volunteer

Volunteers assist us in enriching programs and providing meaningful and ever-expanding services to the citizens of Jackson County. We are proud of our volunteers and view them as ambassadors for the library; communicating by their volunteerism that their local library is a valuable asset and encouraging others to utilize the library as a community learning and information center.
