Medford, OR (April 12, 2024) – Are you… ready for it? Come listen to Taylor Swift’s new album, The Tortured Poets Department, with us on hoopla! The Medford Library will be enchanted to stream the album on its release day, Friday, April 19th at 4:30 PM in the former computer lab upstairs. Listeners who attend can live out their wildest dreams while enjoying custom Taylor Swift themed cupcakes, games, a photo op – and of course, great music! We will also be giving away 3 copies of TTPD, meaning 3 lucky winners will get to go home in style with their own copy!
Long story short, if you’re not able to attend the Medford Library event on the release date of the 19th, just shake it off and head over to the Ashland, Medford, or Central Point Library on Saturday, April 20th! The Medford and Ashland Library events will happen all throughout the day and the Central Point Library event will go from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Each library will have its own crafts and activities happening to commemorate the release of The Tortured Poets Department.
hoopla is an app that grants JCLS library card holders access to a comprehensive catalog of movies, TV shows, music, eBooks, audiobooks, and comics – ranging from major studios to indie artists and authors (including all of T. Swift’s albums!). All these events will be better than revenge, and we can’t wait to see you all there! We know all too well you want to join the fun.
