Downtown Quest: Get to know Downtown Medford businesses
Medford, Oregon (November 20, 2023) – The Medford Library hopes to boost downtown businesses by offering a free promotional game, available between Nov. 20 and Dec. 4! Downtown Quest, generously sponsored by the Friends of the Medford Library, encourages Medford residents to explore the library and the downtown businesses that keep our community unique.
If you would like to play, pick up your Downtown Quest game card at the library or any participating businesses. You can also find a card you can print out at home here: jcls.org/downtown-quest. Then, look for balloons or posters in the window at those businesses and go inside for a visit!
Once participants have visited at least 5 participating downtown businesses and gotten their card marked 5 times, it will then be considered complete. No purchase is necessary. Return your card to the library for a coupon for the Friends Bookstore and be entered in a Grand Prize raffle for gift cards to local restaurants! Many of the businesses will also be offering specials throughout the game. “This is a terrific opportunity for downtown businesses to support each other. The library is a key partner in the downtown area, and we look forward to working with them,” said Downtown Medford Association Interim Executive Director, Annie Jenkins.
