A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Jackson County Library District, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 will be held in person at the Medford branch located at 205 S Central Avenue Medford, OR 97501, Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting via Zoom may do so by dialing 1-669-900- 6833 at the designated time and entering the Meeting ID: 820 0461 7567 or by joining the Zoom meeting online at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82004617567.

If a second meeting is necessary, it will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. using the same location, phone numbers, access codes, and Zoom meeting link listed above. The purpose of the meeting is for the Budget Committee to receive the budget message as well as the proposed budget documents and any comments from the public regarding the 2023-2024 proposed budget. Public testimony may be provided in person, or by telephone or video during the meeting. Written testimony may be emailed to finance@jcls.org at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting so that the Budget Committee may consider the testimony in a timely manner.
