If you are a creative person looking for ideas for your next project, check out JCLS’ newest database, Creative Bug. Creative Bug offers thousands of award-winning arts and crafts video classes taught by design experts and artists.
If you would like to take a tour of this new source of creative inspiration, visit https://www.creativebug.com/lib/jcls. When visiting the log-in page, make sure to have your library card number and PIN on hand so you can log-in.
Once you’ve logged in you can begin exploring the classes that are currently available by clicking on the See latest classes here button.
There is a wide selection of categories to choose from such as Daily Practice, Creativebug Live, knitting, crocheting, paper crafts, quilting, and much more. In order to select a category, begin by clicking on the activity category that sounds the most appealing to you.
Once you find a class that looks worth trying out, click on the image for the class. You will be able to start watching the video of the class, as well as see the details about the video. If you aren’t going to have enough time to watch the entire class video, you can save this class to your watchlist in order to enjoy it later. In addition to being able to add the video to your watchlist, you also have the ability to see a list of materials that are required for the craft or go to a specific chapter of the class video by clicking on the desired options from the menu below the video.
If you would like to access your watchlist or manage your account, click on your username icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen in order to go to your watchlist or to go to the other parts of your account.
