2019 Tax Season

The Jackson County Libraries are here to help you during the 2019 tax season. As a cost-saving measure, the IRS now provides libraries with only the basic forms, and the Oregon Department of Revenue no longer provides forms to libraries.

IRS forms 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ and instruction booklets will be at all the branch libraries as supplies are available. Public Internet computers are available to print out forms and instructions from the IRS website and the Oregon Department of Revenue website. Printing cost is .10 per page. It is also possible to order forms and publications to be sent to your home. Library staff cannot give tax advice. But staff can assist you in finding forms and publications and can help you contact the tax agencies for assistance. Staff can also help locate local tax assistance.

Forms, publications, and assistance are available through the IRS and Oregon Department of Revenue offices located in Medford:
