Tahir, also the author of the YA fantasy series An Ember In Ashes Quartet, will participate in a Q&A after the talk, followed by a book signing. Copies of Tahir’s books will be available for sale from Bloomsbury Books. All My Rage, one of the 2026 Oregon Battle of the Books titles for 9th-12th grader, is a 2022 National Book Award winner and winner of the Michael L. Printz Award For Excellence In Young Adult literature. Inspired by Tahir’s upbringing while growing up in a Mojave Desert motel, it tells the story of two Pakistani high schoolers, now living in California, as they navigate trauma, family, love, and faith.
