👣 StoryWalk®
Looking for a fun, easy way to get your kids moving and excited about reading? StoryWalk® with Jackson County Library Services is designed just for that.
This walk features Snow in the Jungle by Ariane Hofmann-Maniyar — a bilingual story that follows a curious polar bear that finds herself in a warm jungle, discovering unexpected friendships and learning how to belong in a place completely different from home.
- 📖 Read the story one page at a time as you walk
- 🚶♀️ Keep kids moving, engaged, and curious
- 🌎 Enjoy a bilingual story that celebrates nature and culture
StoryWalk® helps build early literacy skills while giving families a chance to connect, explore local parks, and enjoy a screen-free activity together.
Stay for a few pages or walk the whole story—either way, it’s simple, joyful, and made for families.
