Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Collection offers a wide spectrum of information, including proven treatment techniques, experimental research, and more. Attend a free
Tai Chi class or other health and wellness program at the library, or borrow an exercise DVD to take home. Take a free online course in
meditation, mindfulness, or stress management.
Learn a new skill or hobby

free interactive online course through Gale Courses. As a library cardholder in good standing, you are entitled to these courses at no cost. Courses run for six weeks and new sessions begin every month.
JobsNow provides live, interactive online help with the job search process. Access career resources, and learn how to ace an interview and build a winning resume. Succeed in school, and beyond
Improve your grades with in-person homework help, AWE Learning Stations, and HelpNow online academic services and study tools through Brainfuse.
Learn to code at Spark Space in Central Point, or at the coding station in the Medford Teen Library or take a free online course on programming or game development.
