NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Integrated Library System
Jackson County Library District (hereinafter referred to as “JCLD”) is requesting proposals for an Integrated Library System (hereinafter referred to as “ILS” or “platform”) product(s) that meets the needs of JCLD. Areas of consideration include customer experience, technical standards, affordability, ability to share catalogs with other library districts/systems, and connection to third party products. JCLD will accept responses until no later than 3:00 p.m. on August 31, 2020 (closing) at the JCLD Business Office, 205 South Central Avenue, Medford, OR 97501.
This RFP, including contract terms, conditions and specifications, may be obtained from Carey Hunt, Assistant Director of Support Services, at email@example.com and shall be available for review at the above address beginning August 1, 2020 until closing. Sealed proposals must be hand delivered or mailed to Carey Hunt at the above address. In addition, an electronic copy of the proposal shall be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Proposals are due at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time on August 31, 2020, and will be opened directly thereafter. No proposals will be received after closing.
Per OAR 137-047-0300(3)(d), no prequalification for proposers is required. Selection committee members may not be contacted or solicited. This RFP is being conducted in accordance with ORS 279B.060, Competitive Sealed Proposals.
